For our ambitious approach to market, we are looking for a Digital Sales Engineer, to join our team in Berlin. This is not an OUTSIDE sales position. The essential functions of this position are assisting our customers with application support, technical product information, and excellent customer service.
A successful candidate has a passion to help customers by providing superior customer support, document and share his/her knowledge and successes through knowledge and e-commerce platforms.
You will have opportunities to closely collaborate with the entire team to implement and roll out products and solutions into our digital platforms for the continuous improvement of our knowledge base and the eShop based on data and agile learning.
